A dear friend's husband died Feb. 28. I ordered flowers on line at fromyouflowers.com to be delivered March 6, a day before the viewing started. We went to the viewing/service today March 8 and the flowers were not there. When I got home I called the flower company and they said it was not their problem, it was UPS's problem as they were delivering them and referred me to UPS customer service. I called UPS customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, because of inclement weather on March 6 they were not delivered and ground deliveries are only done during weekdays. So the flowers will be delivered tomorrow March 9...after all viewings/services at the funeral home are over! UPS directed me back to the flower company. I called the flower company back, got another agent who was much more helpful. She tried to get another arrangement sent to the home but her management would not agree. They finally refunded my money but that did not make up for the embarrassment of no flower at the service and it being delivered tomorrow after everything is over!! The agent did tell me that whenever you order a flower ALWAYS ask for a home town delivery...a flower shop in the town that will make and deliver the arrangement so UPS is not involved.
In summary, I would not recommend From You Flowers to a friend.
