Absolutely terrible! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Everyone, DO NOT order from this lousy company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday that was supposed to arrive during the day on her birthday. She heard nothing until 9pm that night, all along assuring me it is on its way. If you want to p#ss off someone dear to you, go ahead and trust their service. In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.
