I'm not sure how the editor rated this company 4 stars. I can only assume they didn't actually purchase flowers from this website. It is absolutely terrible. We bought an arrangement for the death of a family friend and the difference between the photo and what was delivered was so amazingly embarrassing. When asking customer service for help they offered a$10 off coupon for another purchase when we just spent nearly $200. What a joke!
Stay clear at all costs. Save yourself the embarrassment and waste of money.
In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.
