I wish I had researched this company before making the mistake of using them for a special delivery because they said they delivered balloons. They said they couldn’t deliver balloons and then they said they could deliver flowers instead. This was for a 1 year old’s birthday so flowers wouldn’t be nearly as exciting as balloons but I said go ahead. Then they messaged again saying the order was canceled because they were unable to complete it. No explanation given. They said I would be refunded but I will call my credit card co to be sure. They need to be reported to the authorities for these horrible experiences that everyone seems to have had with them.
In summary, I would not recommend Gift Blooms to a friend.
