HORRIBLE FLOWERS

Wow received flowers for my 40th in a box that I had to assemble.......not to mention they sent the wrong flowers....small instead of large. Delivered them 1 day early. $90.00 of crap.My husband was furious! NEVER AGAIN. Stick with 1-800 flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

ProFlowers ruined my mothers day

I bought flowers to be delivered for my mom for mother's day. Not only was the "shipping rebate" a scam to get you to sign your credit card to another company, but the flowers were haphazardly placed in the vase with no water, and then half the flowers were crushed. If I wanted to surprise her with dead flowers I would have made the arrangement myself. ProFlowers is a waste of money and you should't buy it.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

This company makes you think you're getting a deal, but you're not at all! Here's how they trick you. First they cut the cost of the flowers and on top of that they kick in a free vase. How can you go wrong! Right? Wrong!!!!! This company is very sneaky at adding on absurd additional charges. I chose Saturday delivery, which was posted as $4.99. The flowers I had chosen were $19.99, so I'm thinking I'm spending $25.00 plus whatever the tax might be. But then when I confirmed my order I realized they tagged on $9.99 for standard delivery (in addition to the $4.99) plus an additional $2.99 for handling charges. So, instead of paying $25 I ended up paying almost $40. And all for flowers that were priced at $19.99. Very sneaky. Don't buy from them. A company like this, that intentionally deceives its customers, doesn't deserve your business!

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

So I order my mother the premium growers choice set with chocolates and a vase to her place of work from proflowers online. Not only did they drop the flowers off at a random warehouse on the campus when it said psychology dept on the order but once she hunted them down she opens the box to find ALL but one of the 6 flowers they sent are snapped or dead!!! Yes I said 6 busted flowers with a ton of leaves is what she received with a $50 order!! I was mortified when she sent me the pictures of them. WORST FLOWER COMPANY EVER!!! The growers choice pictures: beautiful. What she received: SO SAD AND DEPRESSING!! Please beware!! Use someone else if you dont want to be embarassed!! Then when I called to get a refund since of course I'm not going to let them insult my mother with their sad excuse for flowers again. They inform me I cant talk to a supervisor unless i do a call back form and wait 24-48 hrs!! I insisted and spoke with a supervisor who only refunded part of my money and told me that i had to use the call... (Read the full review)

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day from this company. That was a mistake. The selection they had on the website was nice, but what they sent out is nothing like what they show. I understand that they are flowers and they can't all look the same, but what they sent out was ridiculous. If only I could post photos you would understand and agree. Not only did my mother get these horrible flowers but the chocolates were melted and un-editable. I didn't care about the chocolates, but flowers were the main thing for me. I have never been so embarrassed about giving a gift in my life. I emailed and called customer service their only solution was to refund $9.99 out of the $60.59 I paid. Please save your money do not use this company. This company has horrible product and terrible customer service. I had to learn the hard way, but it was a lesson learned. I will NEVER use this company again.

The company is a fraud!

For 3 times in a row now, proflowers has completely failed to even imitate a flower delivery service. First time, the flowers showed up a day late with no warning nor explanation. Second time, they sent to the wrong flowers TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Then today, they take an order online this morning, for delivery today, then call at 4:30 pm to tell me "sorry, can't do". They are a FRAUD! I will never use them again.

In fact, this company should be investigated for wire fraud. The advertised price is not correct, hidden fees double the cost, they won't deliver the same day even though they offer the option for a fee, and they sell your information, possibly illegally.

I'm mystified how it is an editors pick. And how its ranked #1. They are simply terrible. A rip off and a fraud, to be avoided at all cost.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

funeral without flowers :(

Ordered flowers for funeral 48hrs in advance of service. No flowers arrived. Funeral director very helpful, contacting local florist ProFlowers uses and they didn't have the order. ProFlowers never sent my info. NO FLOWERS AT the FUNERAL. When I called customer service, their response was they wouldn't do anything without speaking to the florist. I told them the delivery wasn't made and I wanted a refund. I also gave them the info to contact the funeral home, to verify the flowers were not received. they were uncooperative and refused to refund anything, until I told them I would dispute the charges thru the credit card company, they then said they would refund the money, BUT they would TAKE BACK any flowers delivered. can't take what wasn't there...

They suck.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.

"This is absolutely the WORST flower company I've ever used. Long story but to summarize they not only didn't deliver my flowers, they didn't tell me they put my $40 order on hold and I only found out following up to see why I couldn't see the order in their history AFTER it was to be delivered. They told me to go to my local PD to get a letter on their letterhead that I wanted an answer to the investigation on my order. These people are rude, incompetent and they don't care. Boy did I get a laugh when I went to write a poor review and I found hundreds of people beat me to the punch! Guess they could care less. Use From You Flowers - awesome and I've never had an issue. I should have stuck with them but I heard a commercial on the EIB network for them. I'm going to let them know about my experience too."
