I have been a customer since the firm was founded because i lived and worked close to pro flowers in la jolla at the time, and was very active in the community. i also knew people who worked at the company. customer service, price and quality were super...then something happened.....
my recent experiences with your company have been horrible to say the least. i have called customer service, and always was connected with someone over seas who could do nothing to help me. i have asked for someone in your executive office to call me back, and i never have gotten the courtesy of a return call. i even called your 858 number, and could never get through to anyone to help me.
the quality of your flowers has become terrible. my recent experience involved sending three special gifts to a very close friend...all were bad! one was replaced and was worse than the original flowers.
In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
