I ordered a six month subscription for my mother and mother-in-law for Christmas. I thought this would be a nice on going gift. But it is a disaster that keeps on giving.

The flowers that came in December were very sad. My Mother-in-Law complained to me but I wrote it off as a MIL thing. Then I saw the flowers my mom received and I was very disappointed. The bouquet was skimpy and the flowers were already dying the third day.

The flowers that came in January were again very sad. The tulips were broken and wilted. They were not packed with a "aqua pack"; the stems were just tied with a rubber band and the flowers had no water for over twenty four hours. I did call ProFlowers this time, I could not even understand the agent- his accent was so bad. He said that he would send out more flowers. I called on a Thursday, and they were scheduled for a Friday delivery. They did not arrive until Tuesday. Again just tied with a rubber band and no "aqua pack" or even a wet paper towel. Naturally they were DOA.

The flowers that were delivered in February were very skimpy (few) and the rose petals were dried and would not open. These were in a "aqua pack" and the mums were net protected and looked good. The roses will never look good.

My mother complained and she said that she was telling me because she knows I paid good money and got a poor product. My MIL complained. I feel bad because I thought this would be a great gift and instead I receive "grief" every month. I paid approximately $36 for each month for each bouquet (and this does not include a vase each month). I would have been better off picking up a bouquet at the grocery store myself for half the price.

I am so disappointed in this company.

In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
