RUN! Here is a snippet from my BBB Complaint about my experience with Teleflora.
I placed two orders. One went to Person A in State A and the other to Person B in State B. Person B's never arrived. I could not get anyone on the phone at Teleflora. It took three days and 5 customer service representatives to finally get someone to refund my money. Then, after my money for PERSON B's ORDER ONLY was refunded, I got a phone call from Person A's daughter. Person A's flowers had been picked up by the florist in State A and taken back. No one could tell me why. When I requested redelivery at 2:45pm CST on May 13th, I was told there wasn't anything available that day. But thirty minutes earlier they had enough time to take the flowers away, apparently. This is an incredibly incompetent way to run a business. The fact that I can't even talk to someone on the phone is crazy. I also tried sending an e-mail about Person B's flowers, before I got the refund. The reply from Teleflora was an apology for PERSON A's flowers and a coupon. I wasn't even e-mailing about Person A's flowers!! What on EARTH is wrong with this company??
Don't waste your money. The Groupons are not that good. You will end up spending the same for a much better experience elsewhere.
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflora Flowers to a friend.
